Yakusugi Land is a nature park on Yakushima Island in Kagoshima Prefecture, offering accessible boardwalk trails through ancient cedar forests that include trees over 1,000 years old. Unlike the demanding Jomon Sugi trek, these shorter courses (30 minutes to 2.5 hours) allow visitors to experience Yakushima's primeval forest atmosphere at a relaxed pace, surrounded by moss-covered trees, streams, and an ethereal green canopy.
